Send, via e-mail, informative communications ("Newsletter") to those who explicitly request it, by entering their e-mail address in the appropriate data collection form.

Execution of the contract to which the data subject is a party.

The data collected will be kept until you request to unsubscribe from the newsletter service. After this period, it will be destroyed or made anonymous compatibly with the technical procedures of cancellation and backup.

CONFERMENT OFDATA

Pursuant to art. 13, co. 2, lett. e) of the GDPR, we inform you that the provision of your e-mail address for the above-mentioned purpose is compulsory; therefore, any refusal to provide it will make it impossible to send you the Newsletter.

CANCELLATION FROM SERVICE

You have the right to object to receiving the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or by writing to privacy@it.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The data may be communicated to subjects operating as data controllers (such as, by way of example, supervisory and control authorities and any public subject entitled to request the data) or processed, on behalf of the Company, by subjects designated as Data Processors, to whom appropriate operating instructions are given (such as, by way of example, companies that perform the management and/or maintenance service of the Company's website).

SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO THE TREATMENT

The data may be processed by the employees of the company departments responsible for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorised to do so and who have received adequate operating instructions.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT - COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

By contacting the Company via e-mail at privacy@it, the interested parties can ask the owner for access to the data concerning them, their cancellation, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR.

Furthermore, where the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, data subjects have the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance.

The persons concerned shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where they habitually reside or work or in the State where the alleged infringement has occurred.
